Q: How do you get my measurements?
We've developed our own unique, proprietary system for recording your individual measurements. After you choose a product you like, simply enter either your measurements into our system, measure an existing shirt or suit that fits you well by following the prompts or choose a standard size. Your measurements will be saved for all future orders. We provide you with detailed instructions on how to take your measurements. Please refer to our Measurement FAQ's for further information.
Q: How do I place an order? 
Ordering is a simple process. We provide extensive support resources to assist you when ordering custom made clothing. The ordering sequence is choose the style, fabric, and color of your choice. Then use the special instructions icon to enter special request for further customization. While the process is straight forward there are multiple ways to add customization in the items you choose.
Q: How many different types of fabrics are available?
We hold hundreds of different kinds of fabrics and we keep on adding them every now and then.
Q: Is it possible to order different styles for my items
Yes, that is the privilege of buying Custom Made Clothing. You can choose any of the provided styles for any clothing order.
Q: How often do you get new materials and fabrics?
Every couple of months new fabrics come in from around the globe, We only select the best ones to use.
Q: Is it possible to order different colored cuffs or collars?
Yes, any color can be chosen for collars and cuffs. In fact that is a very elegant look in the contemporary fashion world.
Q: Can I make my blazer a three-piece (waistcoat)?
Yes, any blazer can become a two-piece. Please select the matching fabric vest and purchase both products simultaneously.
Q: Can I request my suit to have a different lining color?
Yes, we can make your suit with a number of lining options, all selected during the customization process.
Q: Where are the blazers made?
This all depends on the style that is ordered. All of the South Asian designs are made in India at our internal tailoring facility. Unlike most online custom apparel companies, we actually control our own facility; we are the manufacturers and take care of your order from initial order placement, fabric stock, cutting, manufacturing, QC, dispatch and customer support. This allows us to create better quality garments.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How does the blazer come?
All of the blazers come delivered in a luxury garment cover and solid wood hanger.  The piece is then placed in a custom made delivery box before sending.
Q: How long does it take to for my order to arrive?
Most orders will be delivered within 3-4 weeks, however due to occasional end postage delays this can stretch to 4-6 weeks. If your order is urgent, please contact our Support Team and we shall look into expediting your order.
Q: How much does it cost for delivery?
Our flat rate postage charge throughout the US is approximately $30. For international orders, this price will vary depending on the country.
Q: Can I expedite my order?
We are able to expedite orders to be withing two weeks.  There is an additional $249 charge for this.  We recommend you allow for additional time to include alterations if your suit or product is for a specific event.
Q: What if my purchase does not fit?
We will work directly with you to alter your custom menswear until you deem the fit proper. Because our custom garments are specially made for each customer, we cannot offer cash refunds. However, if you are not thrilled with the fit of your garment, we will either alter it to fit your needs or remake it once free of charge.
Q: What are my options if I don't want to measure myself?
In this case, have someone else measure you or send us your best blazer for us to copy. When sending us your best fitting blazer, you can specify whether to duplicate it or make any changes.
Q: Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes! All international orders are shipped via DHL and are delivered within 14 business days once the order has been completed. Shipping rates vary by country.
Q: How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email that your order has shipped once your selected carrier begins delivery. This confirmation email will include the tracking number for your order. You can click the tracking number link in the email for further delivery details available on the carrier’s website.
Q: Can I send to another address?
We will send to completed blazer anywhere in the world.  Once the blazer is fully paid for, we can send with tracking detail.
